Friedrich Froebel had a special sense for the geometric representation of Knowledge, Nature and Beauty Forms, discovered by children in a series of thirteen Kindergarten Gifts. Geometric structures, which occur naturally in crystals, appear in Froebel's Kindergarten as solids, planes, lines and points. The scientist turned teacher invented German Kindergarten to advance learning in children through higher levels of expectation and achievement.
