Froebel's Kindergarten
Mason City Study Group
On-Going

To begin, Joanne mentioned for guidance that it was the "Froebel Way" to transform a Life Form and use what one has when building from one structure to the next; rather than starting from "scratch" each time.

Pat was the most faithful to this directive: First, she built a nuclear power plant, which suffered a tsunami (no photo). Organizing the same blocks she built a boundary wall with steps on both sides to represent the movement and regulation of immigrants.

Keeping the square surfaced steps, she transformed the wall to a stairway enclosure that was protected on both sides, in what appears to be a safe passageway.
